These Terms of Service govern access to the Ownerframe website, store, downloads, and related support. Ownerframe is operated by ZEESHAN SHAIKH, an individual trading as Ownerframe (“Ownerframe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the product.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Product and delivery

The Ownerframe AI Operating System is a digital educational and implementation bundle. No physical product is shipped. After confirmed payment, access is delivered electronically to the email supplied at checkout. Delivery timing, access limits, and troubleshooting are described in our Digital Delivery Policy.

3. One-business license

One purchase grants one business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the purchased files for that business's internal operations. The purchaser may share working copies with employees and contractors who need the materials for that same business, provided those people follow these Terms.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload, or publicly share the files;
• give the product or download link to another business or unrelated person;
• use the files to create a competing template, course, membership, library, or commercial training product;
• remove ownership notices and present the materials as your original commercial product; or
• use the product or website unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.

Additional businesses, franchises, or separate client organizations require separate licenses unless Ownerframe agrees otherwise in writing.

4. Purchaser responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information, maintaining access to the purchaser email address, using compatible software, keeping secure copies of downloaded files, and preventing unauthorized sharing.

You are also responsible for every workflow, prompt, tool, vendor, data source, permission, approval, and business decision implemented with the materials. You must independently review AI-generated output before using it in customer communications, regulated activity, material decisions, or any context involving sensitive information.

5. No professional advice

The website and products provide general educational information. They do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, medical, privacy, cybersecurity, or regulatory advice. Consult appropriately qualified professionals regarding your circumstances.

6. AI and third-party services

AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, insecure, or outdated output. Third-party platforms can change their features, prices, policies, security, and availability without notice. Ownerframe does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their performance, continued availability, or handling of data.

Do not place confidential, personal, regulated, copyrighted, or customer information into an AI or software service unless you have confirmed that you are permitted to do so and that the service is appropriate for the information involved.

7. No guaranteed results

We do not promise or guarantee revenue, savings, accuracy, productivity, adoption, operational performance, or any other business result. Examples, estimates, scorecards, and formulas are planning tools. Results depend on the workflow selected, available data, tools, testing, judgment, management, and implementation.

8. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are displayed before checkout and may change for future purchases. You authorize the payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout. You are responsible for taxes, duties, or reporting obligations that apply to your purchase, except where collected and remitted by the store.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Digital Product Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in that policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Intellectual property

The Ownerframe name, brand, website, product structure, written content, designs, templates, and downloadable files are owned by or licensed to [[FULL LEGAL NAME]], trading as Ownerframe, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership transfers to the purchaser.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [[FULL LEGAL NAME]], trading as Ownerframe, and Ownerframe's personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or claims arising from third-party tools or AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to downloads or support when we reasonably believe there has been fraud, unauthorized redistribution, abuse, unlawful activity, or a material violation of these Terms. Sections intended to survive termination, including license restrictions, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations, remain effective.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The current version and effective date will be posted on the website. Material changes do not retroactively reduce rights already provided for a completed purchase unless required by law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [[JURISDICTION]], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the issue by contacting the other party.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, the product description, the Refund Policy, the Digital Delivery Policy, and the Privacy Policy form the agreement concerning the purchase.
